Coastal Hotel Terrace
A shaded terrace above the sea — teak and rope lounge chairs under a pergola, among olive trees and old stone walls.
Cushion fabrics were chosen from outdoor canvases, and the teak was specified unoiled so it weathers to silver grey.

The brief
Furniture for a hotel terrace used from breakfast to sunset, open to sun, salt air and the occasional storm.

The challenge
Pieces had to stay comfortable outdoors, be simple to clean and store, and look at home among old stone walls.

Our approach
Teak and rope lounge chairs and dining armchairs, slatted teak tables, and low daybeds along the edge of the terrace.
