Terms of Use
Draft — to be reviewed by the client’s legal counsel
Last updated 1 October 2026
This working version describes how the website and the project workspace currently handle information. The final wording is to be supplied by the client’s counsel, together with the company’s legal name and address.
Using this website
Product images, dimensions and descriptions are provided for guidance. Much of the imagery on this website is AI-generated concept imagery and is labelled as such, and the projects shown are representative. Specifications, prices, quantities and lead times are confirmed in writing in each quotation.
Enquiries and orders
A request sent through this website is an enquiry, not an order. Orders are governed by the terms set out in the quotation and the order confirmation.
The project workspace
Access to the workspace is by a verified email address. Keep the sign-in emails you receive to yourself; anyone with access to your inbox could sign in as you. You may invite other people to a project; they will see its files and selections.
Please upload only files you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful or harmful. The studio may limit, suspend or remove access, files or projects that break these terms or put the service at risk.
AI tools
Recommendations, readings of your documents and generated images are interpretations and concepts, not specifications. They are not engineered, certified or ready for manufacture, they may contain mistakes, and they are always reviewed by our team before anything is quoted or made. Use of the tools is subject to fair-use allowances, which may change.
Intellectual property
Designs, text and images on this website may not be reproduced without permission. You keep the rights to the files you upload and give us permission to use them to provide the service.
